Flora Ntlaloe was born on May 15, 1959, and stays in Orange Farm with her sister. She is the second of five siblings, with four sisters and one brother. Flora attended Sedibeng Primary in Diepkloof for her early education and completed her matric in Lesotho under the care of her aunt. Later, after getting married, Flora became a mother to three children – two girls and one boy. Unfortunately, her husband passed away in 2001, leaving her to raise her children as a single mother for over 20 years now.

Flora explored different entrepreneurial ventures, such as selling religious and health books and crafting dresses for resale. During this time, Flora discovered the strength derived from wholeheartedly trusting and loving God, which helped her overcome various challenges.

Driven by a passion for helping the sick and needy, Flora channels her creativity into crafting dresses despite resource constraints. People seek her out for assistance and prayer, and she extends her support with whatever means she has, even if it’s limited.

Helping others brings Flora immense joy and a sense of liberation, regardless of other people’s perceptions of her. Her late husband described her as stubborn, but Flora believes that her tenacity drives her to assist others even more. In addition, she would like to inspire and encourage young people to hold on to their dreams and never lose hope, no matter the challenges they may be facing. Flora is a strong, determined, and compassionate woman who has faced many tough situations in life but has always emerged stronger and more resilient.
