Kedibone’s upbringing in Hoopstad exposed her to the harsh reality of poverty. But it was the compassion and generosity of her community that instilled in her a deep desire to assist those in need. Her own family was among those who relied on charitable organizations for basic necessities, such as food, clothing, and shoes.

Nevertheless, Kedibone was inspired by her community’s kindness and has since devoted her life to helping others.

Her love for planting sprouted from observing her grandmother’s talent for growing vegetables, plants, and flowers when she was around the age of 5 years old. Although
she did not comprehend the concept of planting seeds and its significance, she had always admired nature. As she grew older, she began to understand the value of
planting, and she became passionate about it.

Kedibone realized the essential role of gas exchange and climate change, which prompted her to promote tree planting and giving back to the community. To equip herself with the necessary knowledge of organic farming, gardening, and tree planting, Kedibone joined a company named Senwes between the years 2015 and 2021.

Recently, Kedibone extended her help to children from Blessing Disabled Home. She provided them with a few basic things, as a way of making them feel appreciated and
loved despite their disabilities. Kedibone also engages in community projects where she raises donations for shoes and clothes, which she distributes to those in need.

Kedibone’s involvement and determination to help those in need without expecting anything in return demonstrate that she is a changemaker in her community.
